fun and creative way for your child to explore the joy of gymnastics.
This class requires parental participation, which enables you the
opportunity to see and help your child develop movements as well as
social interaction skills.
Boys and girls ages 3 - 5.5 years 45 minute class; instructor-to-student ratio of 1:6
The
preschooler's natural desire to play will be encouraged, while being
instructed how to direct their physical and mental energy. A safe class
is always our first priority.
Boys and girls ages 5 - 6 years 1 hour class; instructor-to-student ratio of 1:8
Develops body awareness, strength and coordination by teaching basic gymnastics skills in a fun and progressive manner.
Girls ages 6-9 years 1 hour class; instructor-to-student ratio of 1:8
Develops body awareness, strength and coordination by teaching basic gymnastics skills in a fun and progressive manner.
Girls ages 10 - 14 years 1 hour class; instructor-to-student ratio of 1:8
For
the child with little or no experience in gymnastics. Develops
strength, flexibility and physical endurance to increase potential for
learning basic gymnastics skills and all-over fitness.
Boys ages 6 - 14 years 1 hour class; instructor-to-student ratio of 1:8

Two age groups available boys and girls ages 6 -18 years 1 hour class
Students
in this class will increase tumbling skill development through use of
50-foot trampoline strip, rod floor, mini and double mini trampoline,
4'x14' trampoline and 7'' foam block floor.
Girls by invitation only 1 hour classes; instructor-to-student ratio of 1:8
For the student who has progressed beyond the Beginner Level and is ready for new and more difficult challenges.
